Nationwide, the averager 30-year rate was at 5.48 percent, up from 5.25 percentf the prior week, according to Zillow. The national averages for a 15-year, fixed-rate mortgage was 4.95 up from 4.78 percent the previous week. Florida usurped Georgia for the lowesy rates in the country last coming inat 5.44 percent.
