A largr percentage of companies from around the countr y file for Chapter 11 protectionin Delaware. But becausee Delaware only hasabout 2,000 lawyers and has a stronyg set of indigenous law firms, the Wilmington markeft has been a tough one to cracl for outsiders, even neighboring Philadelphia firms. Among Philadelphias firms, Pepper Hamilton and Fox Rothschilxd have17 lawyers, Drinker Biddles & Reath has 15 and Blank Rome has 13.
Saul Ewing said Manninvg will serveas co-managint partner of the office with current office managing partner and real estatr lawyer Wendie Stabler.
